Responsibilities

• Developing and managing solar energy projects from conception to completion
• Collaborating with clients to understand their energy needs and goals
• Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of solar systems
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Providing technical support and guidance to field teams
• Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment
• Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies
• Preparing project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar energy or related fields
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, installation processes, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Qualifications

• Experience with photovoltaic systems and solar panel installation
• Knowledge of solar financing options and incentives
• Understanding of solar energy economics and market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
