Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Be on time and alert for assigned shift and work the entire shift as scheduled. - Manage jobs scheduled each day efficiently. - Communicate with clients at the start and end of each task. - Obtain client signatures before and after work completion. - Submit payments promptly. - Input materials used for each task into Service Titan. - Respond to office communications quickly. - Keep supervisors informed of your status. - Gather necessary parts and tools throughout the day. - Seek guidance from supervisors or dispatchers when uncertain. - Clearly and confidently explain services to clients. - Adjust communication style for optimal customer experience. - Document job details for future reference. - Share thoughts and experiences with coworkers during meetings and one-on-one interactions. - Implement new ideas and suggest process improvements to manager. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Adhere to company standards for professionalism and cleanliness. - Ensure assigned truck is maintained, including proper fueling, oil checks, and preventive maintenance. - Report vehicle issues to the fleet manager promptly. - Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and tools in the assigned vehicle. - Understand and comply with company policies. - Prioritize safety for personal, coworker, and public benefit. - Demonstrate basic math and measurement skills. - Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with the team. - Possess physical fitness and adaptability to various conditions. - Exhibit a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. - Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

- Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master's License. - Pass a drug test and background check. - Competent English proficiency for clear communication. - Valid driver's license with a clean MVR. - Ability to perform multiple technical tasks, operate equipment safely, and manage complex tasks. - Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. - Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Basic math and measurement skills. - Teamwork and adaptability. - Physical fitness and ability to work in diverse conditions. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
