About the Role

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for experienced Texas Licensed Residential Service Electricians to join a growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide homeowners with effective solutions
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Perform work safely while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

Schedule

• Tuesday-Saturday schedule
• Monday-Friday schedule

Compensation

• $95,000-$150,000+ annually
• 20% commission structure
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses

What You'll Bring

• Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of residential service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years)
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
