Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking Licensed Electricians to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Our Electricians handle electrical tasks such as break and repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service upgrades while adhering to local and national codes. This position emphasizes quality work performed efficiently and with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
• Educate and offer customers appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately or scheduled
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers

Requirements

• Current TDLR Journeyman or Residential Wireman License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Minimum of 3 years of residential service experience in electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshoot
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work safely in outdoor elements, on ladders, and on roofs at medium to high heights
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance, clean uniform, and work shoes
