Overview

Bachner Electro USA, Inc. is seeking an Electrician to join its team in Duncan, SC. As part of the international Bachner Electro group—trusted in electrical and electronic engineering since 1920—the company provides turnkey solutions for industrial clients, specializing in data infrastructure, security (access control & CCTV), electrical services, and design. The role supports a growing construction business delivering innovative, high‑quality solutions that power industry and safeguard operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull electrical wiring through conduits.
• Cut, bend, thread, and run electrical conduit materials.
• Assist in terminating electrical panels, setting fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, shop drawings, electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and nameplates.
• Maintain and reference industry electrical codes.
• Apply a strong understanding of applicable electrical and maintenance‑related laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Demonstrate safe working practices to other technicians by utilizing PPE and always working safely.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license preferred but not required.
• Experience bending conduit.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adherence to OSHA safety standards.
• Understanding of NEC requirements.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime, overnight travel, occasional weekends, and holidays (pay premiums apply).
• Physical ability to walk, sit, use hands to pull cables and wires, operate power tools, work in awkward positions, climb ladders, and safely lift or move up to 75 lb.
• Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
