Duties/Responsibilities
- Plans new or modified installation to minimize waste of material
- Provide access for future maintenance and avoid unsightly, hazardous or unreliable wiring consistent with specifications, local and national electrical codes.
- Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings and flooring.
- Makes measurements, cuts, bends, threads, and assembles and installs electrical conduit using tools such as hacksaw, pipe threader and conduit bender.
- Pulls wiring through conduit assisted by helper.
- Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads using knife or pliers, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps.
- Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment using hand tools.
- Aid in the mentoring, training, and growth of other employee-owners
Qualifications
- Demonstrates critical thinking and reasoning skills
- High School diploma or equivalency
- High School level language (writing/speaking/listening) and mathematical skills
- 2+ years of prior Electrician experience
Compensation
Salary Min: $46,245.50
Salary Max: $77,080.00
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
Competencies
Travel is frequently required to and from job site locations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position which typically requires 40 hours per week.
