Shift/Work Schedule
6:00pm-2:30am, Monday-Sunday availability
Pay Range
$33.10/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential
What You’ll Do
- Performing electrical installations and maintenance using industry best practices
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Responding to maintenance calls and safely starting up or shutting down equipment
- Repairing or replacing electrical components in compliance with local and state codes
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks and keeping accurate records
- Reading and working from instructions, sketches, and blueprints
- Operating equipment and supporting general plant operations when needed
- Safely using tools such as power tools, electrical test meters, welding equipment, and lifts
- Ordering parts, estimating repair timelines, and documenting maintenance work
- Partnering with outside contractors and technical experts when needed
- Following all safety, food safety, sanitation, and plant regulations
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) and technical training (or equivalent experience)
- A Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent certification)
- 3-5 years of electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial motor controls
- Experience with Allen Bradley systems and/or PLC programming (preferred)
- The ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, leadership, and contractors
- Flexibility to handle changing workloads, emergency call-ins, and occasional travel

Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) and technical training (or equivalent experience)
