About the role

The Electrical VDC Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of electrical engineers and technicians. They are responsible for ensuring projects meet safety standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
