Electrical Technician - New London Area

Call the Bee has expanded and is now operating out of New London County! We are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential properties
• Perform general electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring, or fixtures to ensure proper operation of all electrical systems
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers to ensure safe and efficient functioning
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to accurately install or repair electrical systems
• Ensure all electrical work complies with national electrical codes and state and local building regulations
• Engage with customers, explaining issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly while recommending additional products and services
• Track repairs, maintenance, and service calls through Service Titan software, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation
• Follow safety protocols to protect both customers and team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Residential Electrical Service Technician or a similar role
• Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with electrical codes
• Strong communication skills to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to electrical installations and repairs

Pay

$100,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
