Project Controls

  • Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, and quality; identify and document scope growth or changes and implement corrective actions.

Drawing & Detail Development

  • Develop and review comprehensive electrical specifications, single-lines, three-lines, cable and conduit schedules, control drawing schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnects, and complex 2D/3D layouts.
  • Able to understand PFDs, PFDs, mechanical and instrumentation data sheets.
  • Create “plan” and “installation” drawings and sectional cut outs for cable entry / exit into electrical equipment and buildings.

Power Infrastructure Design

  • Design systems across low, medium, and high voltage spectrums (120V up to 230kV), including switchgear, prefabricated power distribution buildings, MCCs, VFDs, and power transformers.
  • Design of UPS and DC power systems for backup systems.

Physical Layouts

  • Formulate routing plans and installation details for power, control, cable tray, conduit, grounding, and lighting systems.

Engineering Calculations
