Responsibilities

• Design and develop analogue as well as digital hardware products, including computer and network hardware devices and peripherals
• Apply high-level technical expertise across the development lifecycle—from research through building, testing, and delivery of completed products
• Lead the way in exploring new concepts, approaches, processes, materials, and components
• Define intent, author precise specifications, and orchestrate AI agents to execute at speed and scale
• Apply human judgment to decide what to build, design how it should work, and earn customers' trust
• Embrace a customer-first, first-to-market mindset and transform rapid feedback into better products and outcomes

Qualifications

• Principal-level experience in hardware engineering
• Expertise in analogue and digital hardware design
• Experience across the full product development lifecycle from research to delivery
• Track record of challenging assumptions, questioning the status quo, and rewriting approaches to solve complex systems challenges
• Ability to work alongside AI tools to amplify impact and accelerate development
• Experience with enterprise-scale hardware platforms, applications, and diagnostics
