Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Point of contact for any electronic and electromechanical device issues company wide.
- Create, modify, and update programming to be loaded into electronic circuit boards.
- Absorb and troubleshoot customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with technical support and assembly personnel.
- Organize and manage electronic files for the department.
- Assist Engineer Technician in managing of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support manufacturing testing and development.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of circuit design and operation.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to properly manage time and projects.
- Strong technical support and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of safe work practices and OSHA.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
Requirements
- 2-year associates degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical prints.
- Aptitude to troubleshoot existing processes and systems.
Physical Requirements
- Able to perform regular bending, twisting, and lifting to shelve.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and/or pull at times.
