We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting has "Position Summary" then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Work Environment", "Physical Demands". Also "Education and Experience" under Qualifications. Also "Required Skill, Knowledge, And Abilities". Also maybe "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present, so omit. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "CEC Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Position Summary" maybe treat as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map sections accordingly. The posting has "Position Summary" -> could be "About the role". "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" -> "Responsibilities". "Qualifications" -> maybe split into "Education and Experience" and "Required Skill, Knowledge, And Abilities". Could combine under Qualifications but we can have subheadings? The instruction only allows those headings; we could use "Qualifications" heading and inside have paragraphs and lists. But we also have "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands". Those are not in the list but we could still use

for them? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those typical sections. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable, and for others we can still use

but with appropriate title like "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands". The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use h3 for sections, and those are examples. So we can use h3 for any section heading we need. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. Position Summary paragraph: "An Electrical Superintendent is the primary jobsite supervisor with operational responsibility for employees involved in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment for small to mid-sized ground up projects or tenant finish projects where complex coordination of multiple subordinate supervisors and crews is not required. This is a safety sensitive position." Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties (multiple sentences). We need to convert to
    • . Each duty likely separate bullet. Let's parse: - Responsible for all CEC field trades on an electrical construction project. - Does a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager. - Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons and is jointly responsible with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion. - Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts. - Interfaces with representatives of the General Contractor on day-to-day project scheduling and overall performance issues. - Provides general supervision to subordinate foremen engaged in the installation of electrical feeders; equipment such as pumps, motors, and generators; control and distribution apparatus such as switch gear, relays, and circuit breaker panels; lighting fixtures and outlets; and related connections and terminations. - Monitors work as performed, directs subordinate supervisors and crews, and schedules work according to the pace of the job and other trades. - Handles or oversees the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, safety reports, etc. - Is responsible overall project safety performance. - Assures employees are properly trained or instructed in performance of duties to which assigned. - Assures compliance with all CEC safety processes and protocols. - Investigates or assists in investigation and reporting of any accident or safety incidents involving jobsite employees. - Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department. Qualifications: includes Education and Experience, Required Skill, Knowledge, And Abilities. Education and Experience: "Must possess all skills of lower rated positions including, Foreman, Journeyman, T2, H2 6 years or more of commercial/industrial electrical experience". There's a typo: "T2, H2 6 years". Likely means "T2, H2, 6 years or more". We'll preserve as given. Required Skill, Knowledge, And Abilities: list of many items. We'll bullet them. Work Environment: paragraph(s). We'll keep as

      . Physical Demands: paragraph(s). We'll keep as

. We must remove boilerplate: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." appears multiple times; we should keep? It's substantive? It's a standard statement but maybe considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." is likely boilerplate but appears in both Work Environment and Physical Demands sections. Might be considered legal boilerplate. However it's part of the description of work environment and physical demands; removing might lose info about accommodations. The instruction says remove boilerplate; but we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The accommodations statement is likely not substantive to the job; it's a standard disclaimer. I'd remove it. Also remove "This job may work inside or outside..." etc. That's substantive about work environment, keep. Also remove "This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets." that's substantive. Physical Demands: remove the reasonable accommodations line. Also remove "CEC Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
