About the role
We're seeking a talented and driven Superintendent to lead our team of electrical superintendents and foremen. This position involves regular, short notice travel to work sites and provides oversight and management of the team.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and oversight of onsite electrical superintendent / foremen
- Job reviews at key milestones (initial, 25%, 50%, 75%, and closeout)
- Cost to complete budget updates and assistance with manpower, material, and equipment needs
- Mentoring and directing foremen and construction electricians
- Collaboration with project managers and company leadership
- Efficient ordering, receiving, and distributing of materials on job sites
Requirements
- 15-20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews
- Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience with Procore (preferred), strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
- Valid drivers license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime
