About the role

The Electrical Superintendent leads and manages all field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects, overseeing installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans, codes, and company standards. The Electrical Superintendent collaborates with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities and resolve field challenges.

Responsibilities

• Organize and field-manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
• Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
• Independently start and manage projects.
• Deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Maintain a constant focus on safety and work with the best equipment in the industry.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
• Demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
• Experience leading both large construction and data center projects.
• Experience utilizing prefabrication.
• Willingness to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
• Enjoyment in leading, developing, and recruiting a team while producing high-quality electrical workmanship.
• Motivation to continue professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.

Work Environment

The role involves both indoor office settings with controlled temperature and outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, and uneven terrain. Travel requirements are up to 10% of the time. Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies is mandatory.
