About the role

The Site Superintendent will lead the on-site execution of large-scale electrical construction projects for CS Erickson in Central Texas. This role involves overseeing field operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

- Valid electrical journeyman or master electrician license - OSHA 30 certification required - Proven track record of managing projects ranging from commercial to industrial environments. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. - Excellent leadership and team-building skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Basic proficiency in construction management software and tools such as Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, plangrid, etc. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills and Abilities

- 10+ years of electrical field leadership experience. - 10+ years of electrical experience. - Can manage crews of 40+ - Projects greater than $10,000,000 - Strong proficiency in software and tools (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, Bluebeam, Procore, Plangrid) and Microsoft Office Suite
