Electrical Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking a decisive Superintendent to join our growing team in South Carolina. This full-time, hands-on position will oversee projects within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors, working in outdoor environments and contributing immediately in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules; document violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
• Conduct accident investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.
• Motivate others to achieve objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.).
• Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.
• Maintain a daily job journal detailing actual events.
• Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.

Total compensation is dependent on experience and knowledge.
