Job Duties
- Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
- Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required.
- Conduct accident investigations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
- Motivate others to achieve objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.).
- Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.
- Keep daily job journal detailing actual events.
- Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
