About the role
The Electrical Superintendent oversees all electrical operations within the company, ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff in electrical practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve electrical issues and improve overall facility efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction and management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Experience with electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
