About the role

The Electrical Superintendent oversees all electrical operations within the company, ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff in electrical practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve electrical issues and improve overall facility efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction and management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Experience with electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
