We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Job posted on September 29, 2026. This position will be open for at least 3 days." etc. We need to preserve substantive info. Let's extract content. The posting starts: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. Then "Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree5+ years of Start-Up and Commissioning experience in the data center industry or mission-critical facilitiesUnderstanding of data center electrical systems and power reliability requirementsUnderstanding of industry standards and best practices for electrical commissioningFlexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients' locations. Then "Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Your health. Your well-being. Your security. Your future. Employees have access to a 401(k) plan, as well as legally mandated benefits." Then "The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $141,500.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training." Then EEO line: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status." This is EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Then "Job posted on September 29, 2026. This position will be open for at least 3 days." Remove. Then "Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment" This is maybe not boilerplate but could be considered EEO? Might keep? It's about criminal histories; not typical EEO but maybe keep? The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This line is not exactly EEO but about criminal histories; not sure. Might keep as it's substantive? It's a statement about consideration; could be considered EEO-like. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This line is about criminal histories consideration; not typical EEO but could be considered equal opportunity. I'd remove it to be safe. Then "We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work." This is about schedule/hybrid working; could be Schedule section. Then "Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better. If you require further support or reasonable adjustments with regards to the recruitment process (for example, you require the application form in a different format), please contact the team via Careers Support." This is application instructions; remove. Now we need to structure sections. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about Jacobs and role description. Could be "About the role" includes the description of the position, impact, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after "You will also be responsible for the following duties"). - Requirements: maybe the "Here's what you'll need" bullet list (Bachelor's degree, 5+ years, understanding, flexibility, travel). Also maybe "Ideally, you'll have" could be Skills/Qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe the "Ideally, you'll have" list (Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to work well, communicate, negotiate, listen). Could be Skills. - Benefits: health and welfare benefits, 401(k), legally mandated benefits. - Pay: base salary range $102,900 to $141,500; paid hourly based on hours worked; individual pay determined by location etc. - Schedule: hybrid working policy, split work week between offices/projects and remote locations. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine the introductory paragraphs up to "You'll be accountable for providing electrical start-up services..." maybe up to before "You will also be responsible for the following duties". Actually the responsibilities start after that sentence. So About the role could be the description of the role and impact. Let's extract: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. Your impact Here at Jacobs, we apply our expertise and knowledge as we look into the future with great optimism and focus. We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference. You'll be accountable for providing electrical start-up services including energization, commissioning, and visual inspection of power distribution systems, backup power infrastructure, uninterruptible power supply systems, switchgear, and associated electrical utilities to our clients." That seems good. Now Responsibilities: list after "You will also be responsible for the following duties". The list items: - Assist with project Start-Up and Commissioning Plan and execution strategies. - Assist with system Start-Up and Commissioning Plans for all electrical systems. - Assist with generating and executing Start-Up and Commissioning documents according to industry best practices. - Assist with startup of electrical equipment in a safe and effective manner. - Facilitate meetings for the start-up Team. - Maintain action item lists. - Maintain engineering change control logs. - Provide technical assistance and input. - Coordination of OEM Service technicians as needed. - Coordination with construction management firm as needed. - Apply engineering knowledge of, and experience with, medium voltage switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, automatic transfer switches, power distribution units, battery systems, instrumentation, controls, and electrical protection systems to support clients. We could also include "Bring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills and we'll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together." That seems more like a motivational statement; could be part of About or maybe Skills. But it's not a duty. Might be omitted or placed in About? It's more about personal attributes. Could be part of Skills. But we have a Skills section later. Now Requirements: "Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree5+ years of Start-Up and Commissioning experience in the data center industry or mission-critical facilitiesUnderstanding of data center electrical systems and power reliability requirementsUnderstanding of industry standards and best practices for electrical commissioningFlexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients' locations." We need to separate into list items. The text is concatenated without spaces; we need to parse. It says: "Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree5+ years of Start-Up and Commissioning experience in the data center industry or mission-critical facilitiesUnderstanding of data center electrical systems and power reliability requirementsUnderstanding of industry standards and best practices for electrical commissioningFlexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients' locations." Probably intended items: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree - 5+ years of Start-Up and Commissioning experience in the data center industry or mission-critical facilities - Understanding of data center electrical systems and power reliability requirements - Understanding of industry standards and best practices for electrical commissioning - Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients' locations We'll make those list items. Now Skills/Qualifications: "Ideally, you'll have Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, ExcelAbility to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groups. Ability to effectively communicate with management and fellow project team membersAbility to negotiate and compromise with other project team members to achieve project goalsAbility to listen and respect fellow project team member's ideas and opinions and work through conflicts or disagreements." We need to split: - Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel - Ability
