About the role

Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking experienced electrical technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems with precision and pride. The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier service, provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems with precision and pride.
• Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable - and calling you back!
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
• Pursue certifications if needed - we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

Requirements

• 1+ years of residential (preferred) or commercial electrical experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and without micromanagement.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and building trust.
