Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily. Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions. Provide clear pricing and close sales. Coordinate install handoff to production team. Complete necessary permit documentation. Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution.

This Role Is Ideal For

Qualifications
- Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
- 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background & drug screen

Compensation
- Top performers earn $150,000–$300,000+ annually
- First-year reps typically earn $120,000+
- $5,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
- This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities.
