Electrical Safety Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Current BCSP certification: STSC, STS, CHST, or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 completed within the last 3 years
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and terminology
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with field and project teams
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field safety efforts and support safe work practices
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Auxiliary with new-hire safety orientation and ongoing training
• Track onsite training documentation and certifications
• Communicate with project teams, general contractors, and Marathon leadership
• Promote a proactive safety culture on every jobsite
