Electrical Quality Inspector (1st Shift Monday-Friday)

Role + Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of electrical enclosures, generator systems, panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
• Supervise third-party and customer inspections to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
• Review and sign off on enclosure and electrical inspection forms with accuracy and professional accountability.
• Collaborate across departments to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and maintain project momentum.
• Assist with the shipment of enclosures, tanks, and related parts as operational needs arise.
• Promote and follow safe manufacturing and material-handling practices in all work areas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear, effective communication with internal teams.
• Exhibit teamwork and professionalism by collaborating effectively, offering assistance, and responding constructively to feedback.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: minimum 2 – 3 years commercial/industrial experience preferred in addition to experience with panel boards, transformers and distribution equipment.
• State journeymen or master’s license a plus.
• Preferred Skills: medium voltage and electronics experience, state journeyman or master’s license; working knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70 codes.
