Electrical QAQC Coordinator

About the role

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for its new construction division. This is a traveling position offering long-term opportunities, steady work, benefits, and a 401K. Upon completion, you can move to another project within Amteck.

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in the Electrical Construction Field.
• Prior experience as QAQC in the field is preferred but not required.
• A valid JM license or Amteck Certification is preferred.
• Must have a working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice, and standards relating to electrical work.
• Must be able to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Must be capable of using a laptop, tablet, and associated programs to perform tasks.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding installation instructions of equipment to ensure proper installation techniques are followed.
