Electrical QA/QC Supervisor

Position
Position is available in Parker, CO.
Compensation
Compensation: $40 - $42 an hour. Final pay is based on experience and skill level.
Schedule
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 5/10 Schedule Per Diem: For eligible travelers, a per diem of $150 per day worked is available. Restrictions apply.
Job Functions
- Supervise and conduct quality checks for electrical components and systems.
- Manage a team of quality control technicians.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and test procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on quality control testing and findings.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
- Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in electrical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
