What You'll Do
- Lead project-specific Electrical QA/QC programs from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Perform field inspections and quality audits of electrical installations.
- Verify work complies with construction drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, and client quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track punch list items, deficiencies, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate corrective actions and verify completion of required repairs.
- Support electrical testing, commissioning, energization, and final turnover activities.
- Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and closeout packages.
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and owners to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Electrical QA/QC experience within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical construction.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Previous experience supporting mission critical or hyperscale data center construction is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, turnover documentation, and quality management systems.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
- Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and commissioning teams.
