We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The description of AEI and the role? The posting starts with "Join a Team Where Engineering Excellence Drives Opportunity At Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI), we bring together expertise...". That's about the company and role. Could be "About the role". We'll include that as prose. - Responsibilities: There is a section "Typical Responsibilities" with bullet list: Perform periodic site walks..., Deliver a daily report..., Collaborate..., Onsite expectation..., When required on a site out of the region..., We strive to maintain a balance... That's responsibilities. - Requirements: There's a list under "The expertise of our most successful Electrical QA/QC Agent includes:" which includes many items: technical or associate degree, minimum five years experience, minimum two years mission-critical space, functional knowledge of building systems, experience with primary and emergency service, expertise in fire detection/suppression..., fundamental knowledge of commissioning processes, fundamental knowledge of construction processes, knowledge of electrical codes, proficiency in utilizing technologies, valid driver's license and insurance. Those are requirements/qualifications. - Skills: There's a section "Effective Skills To Help You Flourish" with bullet list: General understanding..., Ability to anticipate inspections..., Ability to work well in a team..., Communicates well..., Ability to apply safety training..., Ability to safely operate..., Strong spoken and written communication skills..., Excellent organization..., Quick technical comprehension..., Ability to prioritize..., Effective working individually..., Procore, CxAlloy, or BIM360 experience is a plus. - Benefits: There's a paragraph: "When You Work Here, You Can Expect A flexible, collaborative environment where your well-being matters—because your best work happens when you’re supported. Real opportunities to grow—through mentorship, professional development programs, and exposure to high-impact projects across disciplines. To collaborate with inspiring teammates who challenge the status quo, foster innovation, and pave the way for future leaders. A benefits package that offers health, dental, vision, and retirement, a performance-based year-end bonus, and thoughtful perks tailored to your needs—whether that's a flexible work environment, wellness resources, or community-focused initiatives, we’ll continue to invest in." - Pay: Not mentioned. No salary. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: There's mention of onsite expectation 100% if placed on a site within the region. When required on a site out of the region, travel of 75% will be expected. These will vary based on the site's expectations. We strive to maintain a balance between onsite and work-from-home duties. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The posting includes "commensurate electrical-related field experience." That's a phrase but it's part of requirement; we should keep it as it's substantive? It says "technical or associate degree ... or commensurate electrical-related field experience." That's not filler; it's an alternative. We'll keep. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. Let's craft:

    About the role

Join a Team Where Engineering Excellence Drives Opportunity At Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI), we bring together expertise and innovation to solve the most complex challenges. Since 1978, we’ve supported mission-driven organizations in designing systems and environments that advance society and improve lives. Today, with more than 1,000 professionals across 23 offices, we help shape the future of healthcare, science and technology, energy, education, and other vital sectors. From collaborating with the California Air Resources Board to transform air quality in the world’s largest, zero net energy emissions testing facility to creating human-centric, technically advanced clinical environments that elevate communities — such as Healthcare Design Magazine's 2022 Design Showcase Winner, Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Venice, Florida — our work reflects the highest standards in sustainable design practices. AEI is at the forefront of designing cutting-edge, hyperscale, and mission critical facilities that redefine innovation in ultra-high-density technology, water-use efficiency, and sustainability. With our impressive track record encompassing manifold projects, such as data center commissioning for the SAS Institute, Inc., the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's data center, continuous mission-critical infrastructure support for Biogen’s expanding preclinical analysis and manufacturing operations, BB&T Financial’s primary data center, and the Idaho National Laboratory Collaborative Computing Center, among others, we have established our standing as industry leaders. Having designed facilities in the Top 50 fastest supercomputers in the world and over 200 million square feet of mission-critical facilities, our client roster spans various sectors such as high-performance computing (HPC)/research, hyperscale, finance, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, private enterprise, and federal agencies. We have planned and delivered infrastructure supporting 2+ exaFLOPS and 500MW+ critical power and cooling, enabling us to supply unparalleled expertise to every project. AEI leads the nation in next-generation computing facilities in support of the fastest supercomputers in the world, delivering groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of possibility. We are hiring for an Electrical QA/QC Agent in the following states: Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, and Arizona. As part of our Mission Critical team, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

That seems long but okay. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Perform periodic site walks to ensure adherence to procedures and best practices, including assisting general contractors and their site superintendents with inspections as required.
    • Deliver a daily report detailing completed tasks or inspections and adeptly provide information regarding issues supported by relevant codes or standards.
    • Collaborate in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate follow-through with others, mentoring, delegating work, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
    • Onsite expectation 100% if placed on a site within the region. When required on a site out of the region, travel of 75% will be expected. These will vary based on the site's expectations. We strive to maintain a balance between onsite and work-from-home duties.
But note the last bullet includes schedule info; maybe we should separate schedule. However the instruction says include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. The posting does state onsite expectation etc. So we could put that in Schedule section. But the bullet also includes "Onsite expectation 100%..." which is schedule. Might be better to move that to Schedule section and keep responsibilities focused on duties. Let's separate. Responsibilities bullets: first three bullets. Schedule section: Onsite expectation etc. Now Requirements/Qualifications: The posting lumps many items under "The expertise of our most successful Electrical QA/QC Agent includes:" which includes degree, experience, mission-critical space, functional knowledge, experience with primary/emergency service, expertise in specific systems, fundamental knowledge of commissioning, fundamental knowledge of construction processes, knowledge of electrical codes, proficiency in technologies, valid driver's license and insurance. We could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications (skills, knowledge). But the instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put education/experience under Requirements, and the rest under Qualifications or Skills. However there is also a separate "Effective Skills To Help You Flourish" section which is clearly Skills. Thus:

    Requirements

    • A technical or associate degree in an electrical-related field, engineering, or construction management from an accredited technical institution or college or commensurate electrical-related field experience.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electrical service or electrical equipment testing.
    • A minimum of two (2) years in mission-critical space.

    Qualifications

    • Functional knowledge of building systems across disciplines, including fire protection, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process, and lighting systems.
    • Experience with both primary and emergency service on state-of-the-art critical systems.
    • Expertise in fire detection/suppression, building monitoring systems, diesel generators, medium voltage switchgear, UPS systems, and power distribution equipment.
    • Fundamental knowledge of commissioning processes and commissioning process delivery.
    • Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and project delivery models.
    • Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, standards, specifications, and shop drawings with the ability to interpret them.
    • Proficiency in utilizing applicable technologies, including computer/software, data loggers, and test and measurement equipment.
    • Valid driver’s license and state-required vehicle insurance.
    Now Skills:

    Skills

    • General understanding of the resources required to complete specific types of projects.
    • Ability to anticipate inspections and effectively delegate and balance workload among team members.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate task follow-through with others, mentoring, delegating tasks, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
    • Communicates well with clients, project partners, and individuals at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to apply safety training to specific construction situations and avoid unsafe work environments.
    • Ability to safely operate and instruct others in test and measurement equipment and other common tool use.
    • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Effective working individually and within team environments.
    • Procore, CxAlloy, or BIM360 experience is a plus.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

A flexible, collaborative environment where your well-being matters—because your best work happens when you’re supported. Real opportunities to grow—through mentorship, professional development programs, and exposure to high-impact projects across disciplines. To collaborate with inspiring teammates who challenge the status quo, foster innovation, and pave the way for future leaders. A benefits package that offers health, dental, vision, and retirement, a performance-based year-end bonus, and thoughtful perks tailored to your needs—whether that's a flexible work environment, wellness resources, or community-focused initiatives, we’ll continue to invest in.

    Now Schedule:

    Schedule

Onsite expectation 100% if placed on a site within the region. When required on a site out of the region, travel of 75% will be expected. These will vary based on the site's expectations. We strive to maintain a balance between onsite and work-from-home duties.

We must not include Pay section. Check for any duplicated content: We have not repeated the company description elsewhere. The responsibilities list we used three bullets; we omitted the schedule bullet. Good. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The company description is all there. The hiring states list (Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Arizona) is included in About the role paragraph. The mission critical team statement is there. The "Why We Need You" section is included in About the role? Actually we included the first paragraph about AEI and then
