Responsibilities
- Read plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine the scope of work, material requirements, equipment locations, and installation requirements.
- Supervise and provide directions to installation crews, field employees, punch mechanics, and subcontractors.
- Serves as the competent person on site for safety, production, leadership, and the client’s point of contact.
- Identify required tools, materials, and equipment necessary for crews to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
