Electrical Project Manager - Commercial/Industrial

About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager for electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Pay

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (up to $180k/yr).
