About the Role
The Electrical Project Engineer position at AE2S is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on design experience and aspire to grow into technical leadership roles. This role involves supporting and delivering electrical designs for various facilities such as water and wastewater treatment plants, municipal systems, and process facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional electrical engineering services for projects including planning, studies, design, bidding, and construction administration
- Manage performance of assigned project team members
- Maintain existing client relationships and enhance pursuit of new client relationships
- Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities
- Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work
- Maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments
- Cook up, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings
- Develop new markets, client relationships, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 4+ years of electrical system design experience
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development

- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
