Electrical Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Proficient in CMMS systems.
• Manage and update CMMS on a daily basis.
• Maintain and operate generators, UPS systems, ATS, STS, high voltage power yard, medium voltage systems, PDU/RPP systems.
• Determine and facilitate usage of resources, internal and external, required for the project.
• Manage and complete projects.
• Define customer project requirements.
• Implement and balance Preventative Maintenance schedule to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Track and resolve open Corrective Maintenance items in a timely manner.
• Present work scopes in CAB process aligned with client standards.
• Provide ongoing updates to internal team regarding project status and progress.
• Ensure all work scopes are performed safely and in accordance with JLL Safety Policies/Procedures.
• Oversee document management process to ensure procedures and standards are established, maintained, and performed.
• Produce/write site procedures as needed.
• Communicate with other JLL Departments to ensure agreements are successfully managed, opportunities are maximized, and customers are satisfied.
• Evaluate client standards as new standards emerge for best practices.
• Clarify technical information internally and externally to the customer.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency for reading and deciphering electrical one lines.
• Five (5) years of experience in critical electrical industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
• Expert knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team building and training skills.
• Working knowledge of typical electrical associated to Critical Environments preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical ability to walk job sites in uneven terrain.
• Ability and willingness to be "on call" on a 24 x 7 basis for emergency situations.
• Work in potentially hazardous environments with noise, moving parts, and electrical equipment.
