Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in CMMS systems.
- Manage and update CMMS on a daily basis.
- Maintain and operate generators, UPS systems, ATS, STS, high voltage power yard, medium voltage systems, PDU/RPP systems.
- Determine and facilitate usage of resources, internal and external, required for the project.
- Manage and complete projects.
- Define customer project requirements.
- Implement and balance Preventative Maintenance schedule to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Track and resolve open Corrective Maintenance items in a timely manner.
- Present work scopes in CAB process aligned with client standards.
- Provide ongoing updates to internal team regarding project status and progress.
- Ensure all work scopes are performed safely and in accordance with JLL Safety Policies/Procedures.
- Oversee document management process to ensure procedures and standards are established, maintained, and performed.
- Produce/write site procedures as needed.
- Communicate with other JLL Departments to ensure agreements are successfully managed, opportunities are maximized, and customers are satisfied.
- Evaluate client standards as new standards emerge for best practices.
- Clarify technical information internally and externally to the customer.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency for reading and deciphering electrical one lines.
- Five (5) years of experience in critical electrical industry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
- Expert knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations.
- Knowledge of building infrastructure systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team building and training skills.
- Working knowledge of typical electrical associated to Critical Environments preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical ability to walk job sites in uneven terrain.
- Ability and willingness to be "on call" on a 24 x 7 basis for emergency situations.
- Work in potentially hazardous environments with noise, moving parts, and electrical equipment.
