Responsibilities
- Materials and Procurement: Oversee Inventory Control, FIFO, Supplier Performance, Traceability, Pre-Production Kitting, and Warranty Program management.
- Production Management: Set and maintain monthly production targets, collaborate with the Quality Program team to facilitate compliance and continuous process improvement, and own the Program P&L to ensure profitability.
- Shipping and Distribution: Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Maintain robust packaging methods to protect products in transit while maximizing shipment size to control freight costs.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, accommodating requests outside of the standard job description creatively while minimizing risk and cost impact to Daedalus Industrial.
- Measure and Report: Host multiple monthly meetings to address Client Forecasting, Daedalus Partner coordination, Client Site Fulfillment, and Supplier Forecasting. Some meetings may be held at Client or Supplier sites. Develop reporting methods to track Key Performance Indicators and keep Daedalus Leadership informed and engaged with the program's success.
Requirements
- Four-year degree with additional certification or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- 5+ years of experience as an electrician preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction management is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols and regulations.
Pay
Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience.

Schedule
This position will be based at our Easley, SC facility but will require some travel. This role will report to the President of the Company initially.
