Electrical Mechanical Technician

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 8pm–8am (no shift rotation)
• Compressed workweek allows for ample time off
• Overtime available
• Includes nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, including hydraulics and pneumatics
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Follow company safety procedures
• Prioritize workload based on production needs
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Requirements

• Electrical/mechanical background in an industrial setting
• Familiarity with 110/220/480v power
• Experience with AC/DC motors and industrial preventive maintenance
• Ability to systematically solve problems
• Basic computer skills
• Own hand tools
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical/mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment (mill, lathe, welding, plumbing) is a plus
