What You Will Be Doing

  • Independently troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in golf ball manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on complex production equipment
  • Rebuild and calibrate electromechanical devices
  • Collaborate with Engineering to design or adapt equipment for evolving production needs
  • Plan work efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Test and calibrate instruments to meet performance standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication with team members and leaders

What You Bring

Must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

  • 100% completion of TPC curriculum and 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
  • Approved technical associate degree or certificate in an electrical/electronic discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of industrial electrical experience in a skilled trade (without formal post-secondary education); must complete TPC training for any identified skill gaps

Additional qualifications:

  • Formal training in AC/DC circuits and basic PLC functionality
  • Experience with instrumentation, controls, and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and using measuring tools and tolerances
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machine tools (e.g., drills, lathes, millers)
  • Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair skills for machinery and equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety practices including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70E
  • Must provide own trade tools
  • Strong work ethic, including reliable attendance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must adhere to safety, quality, and organizational policies and demonstrate respect for others
  • Must pass all required Health Services testing for the position
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking), basic math, and computer use
