Responsibilities
- Build and assemble both electrified and non-electrified control panels using electrical and mechanical components
- Test and verify electrical components for proper function
- Debug electrical issues and troubleshoot problems
- Request replacement tooling or supplies as needed
- Complete inventory counts and ensure documentation accuracy
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass truck and crane certification upon hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
- Dexterity to use hand tools effectively
- Strong communication skills with factory supervision
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Stand (75%), walk (20%), stoop/kneel/crouch (5%)
- Climb portable ladders
- Wear safety gear including glasses, foot protection, and hearing protectors in moderate noise environments
