Electrical Maintenance Manager

About the role

Well known and leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager for a Monday‑Friday day shift. The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per year plus a 15% annual bonus, with relocation assistance available. The ideal candidate will have electrical maintenance experience (PLCs, process automation, drives, instrumentation, AC/DC industrial control, power distribution, and AC/DC motors) in a manufacturing environment and supervisory experience, and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of electrical equipment and provide day‑to‑day supervision of electrical maintenance employees.
• Develop into a maintenance expert for the electrical and automation systems within the department.
• Act as a coach to employees and ensure they have the tools and knowledge required to safely perform their job.
• Manage spending budget using project management skills and a thorough understanding of the processes needed to properly maintain equipment in the assigned area.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, engineering, continuous improvement, accounting, and other teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or military.
• Legally authorized to work full time in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial operation or military.
• Experience with PLCs, process automation, drives, instrumentation, AC/DC industrial control, power distribution, and AC/DC motors.

Schedule
