- Lincoln controller maintenance
- Basic electrical wiring and fault finding
- Fronius and Sigma welding machine maintenance
- Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Servo motor and drive configuration and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance of machines
- Machine planning
- Completion of maintenance with report and checklist
- Maintenance shift handling (work allocation, report completion in system)
- Manpower allocation
- Report completion
- Machine spare procurement
- Maintenance of spare item coordination with supplier
