Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Willing to work rotating weekend coverage and overtime, as necessary.
- Availability for call-ins is required.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work from ladders, mobile lifts, and follow EHS PPE requirements.
- Able to work safely around power distribution equipment, hydraulic system, and pneumatic systems.
- Able to read and interpret documentation such as safety procedures, operating/maintenance manuals, and electrical/instrumentation schematics.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining, but not limited to the following: GE PLCs, Allen Bradley PLCs, variable speed AC and DC drives, motor controls, lighting, power distribution, transmitters, and control valves.
Experience & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 3 years' experience in the electrical/industrial technology field is preferred.
- Michigan Journeyman/ Master License is a plus.
- Good Communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work with others and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude is required.
Pay
Hourly wage range: $31.22-$37.77
