Electrical & Instrumentation Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of electrical or electronics experience with a Technical/Associates degree
• Minimum of 8 years of electrical or electronics experience with High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a production facility is required
• 3 years of supervisory experience is required
• Experience planning and organizing electrical and instrumentation work
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong electrical aptitude with additional mechanical skills
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and reading maintenance procedures and blueprints

Skills

• Leadership and direction of site level maintenance & contractor maintenance teams
• Compliance to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual scheduling
• Ensuring mechanics comply with all procedures and specifications
• Partnering with Operations to identify, prioritize, and execute work
• Ensuring installation and maintenance of assets is executed in a timely manner
• Providing input into the development of maintenance plans and weekly schedules
• Ensuring proper allocation / utilization of maintenance contractors onsite
• Overseeing all daily activities of craftsmen to ensure maximum "wrench time"

About the Role

The E&I Manger is accountable for providing leadership and direction of site level maintenance & contractor maintenance teams to deliver safe and timely maintenance and construction execution in support of company and site goals and objectives. Supports mechanical integrity, reliability, and overall asset performance. Sets targets, oversees costs. In partnership with functional counterparts, governs safety, environmental, quality and cost objectives while driving continuous maintenance operations improvement.
