About the role
The role is critical to ensuring safe and uninterrupted plant functioning through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination across key operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems, motors, panels, transformers, and power distribution networks.
- Monitor and manage instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, weigh feeders, and process instruments.
- Support plant operations by responding to breakdowns and coordinating preventive maintenance activities.
- Work closely with production, mechanical, electrical, and automation teams to ensure stable plant performance.
- Assist in shutdown planning, calibration, loop checking, and system documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a cement plant environment.
- Hands-on experience with cement plant systems, field devices, drives, and plant-level troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capability in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure plant environment.
- Proactive approach toward reliability, safety, and system improvement.
