Electrical Installation Foreman

About the role

Join a growing team at Dematic and work on diverse customer projects across various locations in the continental USA. This position requires 100% travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned electrical tasks within the allotted time as directed by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others on-site.
• Provide basic direction, training, and support to less experienced personnel.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking around large construction sites in various climates and environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in electrical installation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the continental US.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• High degree of safety awareness.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take direction.
• Basic computer experience (e.g., email, spreadsheet input, report input).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
