Key Responsibilities
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment on various construction projects
- Verify compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant standards
- Review electrical plans and specifications
- Identify and report code violations and safety hazards
- Maintain detailed inspection records
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and NEC
- 5+ years of experience in electrical inspection
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to travel to job sites
- Valid electrical inspector certification (state or national level)
