Responsibilities

Our craft and trades professionals are the backbone of everything we do. Lead crews on the ground, ensuring safety, quality, and production while turning plans into progress across every jobsite. Strengthen field and business operations through various roles including HR, finance, marketing, IT, safety, quality, and more. Give students and early career professionals real experience, real responsibility, and a chance to build their future from day one.

Requirements

Many of our leaders started in craft roles and worked their way up. No specific educational requirements are mentioned, but relevant experience is valued.

Qualifications

Commensurate with experience, but not specified. Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
