A.B. May is hiring motivated individuals for their Electrical Apprenticeship Program. This program offers paid apprenticeship training, comprehensive career development, performance-based growth, and hands-on experience working on real-world projects.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to start a career in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades. Candidates should have a mechanically inclined nature, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. Prior customer service experience and physical capabilities are also essential.

Requirements

• Passionate about starting a career in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades.
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience with a professional, client-focused mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and climbing.
