Electrical Foreman

About the role

SUN ENERGY SOLAR LLC (SES) is a full-service commercial and industrial electrical contracting company that was founded in 2019 out of a pure passion for renewable energies. We provide our clients with fully designed and installed systems to meet their needs whether they are looking for roof mount or ground mount systems. We offer services on solar projects of all scales that includes advisory, procurement, valve engineering, project development and construction services, across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the site electrical construction schedule, execution plan, and managing the daily issues involved during the construction of solar generation project.
• Covers coordination of all electrical site construction activities and supervision of all electrical field personnel as required to successfully complete the solar project on schedule and within budget.
• Ensures safety accountabilities, client relationship and management, planning, leadership, and quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Electrical Construction.
• Minimum of 5 years supervision experience.
• Knowledge in industrial and commercial electrical installations.
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License in the United States.
• Experience in Utility Scale Solar installations is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years’ experience working in a solar construction environment or Industrial Construction environment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and effective listening skills.
• Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs.
• Tactful and mature demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
