Electrical Foreman

About the role

As a Commercial Construction Foreman at Hays Electrical Services, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to various construction sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial construction
• Active Journeyman Electrical License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects
