WHAT WE NEED
- Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent Journeyman License from a reciprocating state
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, including experience leading electricians, apprentices, and field crews
- Experience overseeing commercial electrical projects ranging from $100K to $2M+
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including conduit, switchgear, panelboards, power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams
- Proven ability to plan work, coordinate manpower and materials, and maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements, commercial construction practices, and job site safety standards
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
COMPENSATION RANGE
$40 - $55 USD
