About the role
Lead electrical installation projects at client locations throughout North America. This hands-on leadership position involves planning, team mentorship, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of installation crews, coordinating work assignments and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
- Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
- Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the continental United States.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
- Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking on large building sites across diverse weather conditions.
- Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
- Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Pay
The base pay range for this role is $50,800 - $71,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
