Electrical Field Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Electrical work for HVAC and generator installations
• Residential and light commercial electrical work
• Running service calls and safety inspections
• Preparing estimates and selling your own work (commission included)
• Running a team – supervising, supporting, leading Robies electrical team
• Technical support to electricians, assisting team with preparing estimates
• Customer communication – phone calls, text, emails. Top tier customer service
• Admin – filing, scheduling, planning, order / maintain stock
• Running morning team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman Electrician, licensed in MA
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude — team player with good energy
• Leadership – warm, gentle, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, supportive

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• MA Journeyman Electrician License
• Employment subject to background check

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
